Terms of Service

You agree to provide an accurate email address or phone number when registering, and to keep your credentials secure. Losses caused by your own disclosure or negligence are your responsibility.

In principle, one identity (phone number or ID document) may be bound to only one account. We may restrict bulk or duplicate registrations.

As required by applicable laws and regulations, you must complete real-name verification (phone verification and/or name + ID number matching) before using AI generation and content publishing features.

You warrant that the identity information you submit is authentic. Impersonating others may result in suspension or termination of service and legal liability.

The Platform provides AI-assisted generation of scripts, storyboards, characters, and videos. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected; review it yourself before publishing.

You must not generate, upload, or publish content that violates laws or regulations, including but not limited to content endangering national security, pornography, gambling or violence, infringement of portrait/copyright/reputation rights, or misleading deepfakes.

Content you publish to the Platform's portals is displayed publicly only after review (including AI-assisted review). We may take down or refuse non-compliant content and warn, restrict, or ban the associated account.

Comments are subject to the same review mechanism. Accounts posting non-compliant comments may lose commenting privileges.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights to content you create on the Platform; you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and promote your published content on its portals.

The Platform's software, interfaces, trademarks, models, and documentation are owned by us and may not be reverse-engineered, scraped, or commercially exploited without permission.

You must not interfere with the Platform's operation, including attacking APIs, scraping data, bypassing review or rate limits, or exploiting vulnerabilities for profit.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service outages.

We may revise these Terms for legal or business reasons and will post the revisions on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance; otherwise you may stop using the Platform and delete your account.
